About

Did B.Sc.Agriculture (1980) from AP Agricultural University and post graduation in Rural Management (1982) from Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), India.
Worked with cooperatives, NGOs and Corporate Houses across India and shifted to academics in 1996.
Worked as Associate Professor, Amrita School of Business (1996-2004); Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (2005-2006) and Director, Pioneer School of Management, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (2006-08).
The last two years were spent in  teaching at School of Rural Management, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar (Feb 2008-Feb 2010), and handling the responsibilities of the School as its Dean (Academics)
Have taken up the challenges of building the academic processes at a promising B School which focuses on the finer aspects of managerial communication and trains students for the four core sectors of communication industry of the country .
